The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “On amendments to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Property Rights and their Encumbrances” re access to information by the co-owners of the apartment building

The bill (Reg. No. 0881) suggests authorizing owners of the apartment building to receive an extract from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property.

Thus, according to the bill, the following people are authorized to receive an extract from the State Register of Rights:

"owner (co-owner) of flat, residential and non-residential premise in an apartment building during the creation of condominium, condominium association, housing co-operatives or their authorized representatives."
